Solum asked us to completely refresh their marketing suite and refurbish their show home to showcase the new homes coming to the development but also help them stand out in a competitive area. To appeal to a younger target market we also assisted the client with digital enhancements such as Digisuite, a simple to use digital sales tool with engaging and interactive functionality. Closely working with our sister company Focus IMC, who worked on the new branding, we uplifted the interior of the space making it fun and eye-catching for the potential buyers.

Using stunning blues and tan colours from the branding we added feature walls within the interior, making the branding a memorable part of the customer experience. To make the interior feel lively and fresh we installed an artificial living wall. It created a stunning feature and brought an outside/inside vibe into the space. Next to the living wall you will find five fun house shaped shelves that host five different house models, these models showcase the house types that are available at the development. The bespoke house models also help the buyers to better understand the layouts of each property.

On the first floor we used an open show home system to showcase to the original size rooms that have been dressed as the show apartment. It’s a great way for customers to discover the finishes and sizes of the main rooms within the properties the development has to offer. Having frame systems instead of walls created a light and inviting interior for customers to walk around while imagining being inside their very own new home.
