How we helped.
The Folium is a fantastic Catalyst development with nature-inspired branding designed by creative agency Silk Road. We had an incredible opportunity to create a design for the development’s marketing suite, within a sales cabin. Heavily inspired by the branding, we created something that is eye-catching from the outside as well as homely and inviting on the inside. Leaf patterns, light colours, plants and wood textures all helped to achieve an inside-outside experience for potential buyers as they step into the marketing suite. Compact, yet fantastically spacious. The space has been designed with COVID-19 regulations in mind, so visitors are absolutely safe to come in and discover their dream home.
What was achieved.
To add a natural feel to the design as well as make the interior feel spacious, we used light colours for the walls and floor. It also helped to create a great background that made the branding inspired graphics that were used within the interior stand out and make it look eye-catching and bright.
Soft, woolly fabrics have been used for the furniture upholstery, making the customers feel right at home as they sit down to speak to one of the staff.
A range of “Walk Cards” are on display that can be taken by the customers who are either looking to find out more about nature walks that surround The Folium development or get an idea of where they can go for a delicious lunch.
All of the exterior and interior details create an all-round experience for a potential buyer that we hope will help them fall in love with the development and their future home.
