How we helped.

We were approached by Lovell Homes to design and fit out their double garage marketing suite for Stephenson Grange. With plenty of local competition selling close by, we wanted to create something that would stand Lovell out from the competitors as a brand and make potential buyers feel comfortable and excited about their new home. By using branding-inspired colours for feature walls and flooring from one of the options available in the development, customers experience the high specification of Lovell Homes from their very first steps into the marketing suite.

What was achieved.

Upon arrival, potential buyers are able to learn more about the development by discovering a site plan displayed at the top of the bespoke unit.

We designed a spacious, bespoke desk to suit the space, and the L-shape has given us the opportunity to include a printer space and lockable storage in one place, making it convenient and comfortable for staff.

Bespoke options units host all the available interior finishes for customers to look through. This is adjacent to a high bench with upholstered stools making a comfortable breakout space where samples can be reviewed and put together to create a perfect home.

COVID-19 safety has been considered within the design through the use of floor graphics, hand sanitisers and safety screens, making our latest marketing suite a safe place for both staff and happy new homeowners.
