Commercial fit out

How we helped.

Peabody approached us to undertake a feasibility study for a new sales and marketing suite, sandwiched between the River Lea and the A12 in Bow, London. Our initial idea was to have a marketing suite suspended in the water, however, a purpose-built suite and commercial lets were proposed as a more practical option. Our team opted to convert an existing warehouse next to the site into a full sales and marketing suite with a mock show apartment.

"Peabody wanted us to create a Marketing Suite that showcased The Pomeroy and the surrounding areas of New Cross and Peckham as a vibrant and exciting place to live. The branding for The Pomeroy has an abundance of colours, with pink and purple being the hero colours across the branding. The key elements that stood out to us were the stickers – which reminded us of the adhesive labels you would find on an apple – and the freshness of the imagery used throughout."

Concept To Reality

What was achieved.

The biggest challenge was dressing the limited outside space to make it presentable with maximum exposure from the adjoining A12 traffic, to achieve this we suspended a monoflex system to the face of the unit.

Inside we constructed a fully operational marketing suite space with a mock 2 bedroom show apartment to the rear, adding a large scale ‘view wall’ with aerial photography and lighting. This gave the customer a lifelike view from the apartment if they purchased at the development.
