It was important to make the space welcoming, where potential buyers would be able to feel at home while discovering and learning more about the Hollyfields development. Through the use of light base colours, dark furniture and colourful styling, we achieved an eye-catching area with branding as part of the customer journey experience. Final touches such as beautifully smelling candles, cushions and plants would help the customers fall in love with the development. We wanted to keep the space light and spacious, but still add character which would be appealing to a wide range of potential buyers. In the areas such as the kitchen and the bathroom, we used earthy tones and textures with a pop of colour to showcase stunning aqua and grey tones of the branding.
For the main bedroom light furniture and colourful styling such as cushions, throws and curtains have been used. It helped to show the generous size of the room, but still make it eye-catching and interesting. Feature artwork above the bed and large floor standing plants created lovely feature points, making the bedroom look and feel homely and compelling. Colourful, full length curtains highlight a fantastic large window overlooking fields, as well as showcasing the fantastic high ceiling, making the room feel even more spacious and grand.
The second bedroom was designed with darker furniture, as a contrast to the main bedroom. A single bed highlights the idea of the room being used as an extra space for future owners’ guests to stay over and can also be used as a work from home space. A combination of dark furniture and colourful additions of styling and plants made the room look captivating and modern. We were also really excited about creating a miniature mood board out of fabric and wallpaper samples above the desk as a little feature within the space.
