How we helped
The POD Garden is a work from home outdoor office, it is designed and built in line with our experience in POD systems. Working with the team at Milard Grange for Countryside, we were asked to design and install one within their Show Home garden in order to offer it as an incentive to their buyers when purchasing their new home. Our Garden POD system is a pre-fabricated unit, built in panels in the factory then installed on site within 1 day to make it as easy as possible for developers and site teams respectively.
"We had the Garden POD fitted in the summer and it was so much better than we had ever expected. The design was very attractive and the space and design inside was so well thought of, even the desk charger was a surprise. Purchasers and customers visiting the development have all commented how great it looks in the rear garden and now people are working from home this makes sense and creates a new area to the home. The team were efficient and all worked together to get the job done quickly and safely and worked along side our construction team. What was achieved
Having surveyed the existing Show home we decided to utilise an existing raised deck area of the Show Home garden as the perfect position to install the POD Garden. This gave us the perfect position to be seen form the rear elevation of the house, for electric hook-up and for best use of space for a customer to demonstrate the ease of how this gives an additional workspace without compromising on using a 4th bedroom or study.
The modular make up of the POD ensure a 1 day install, with one specialist team that require no specialist equipment or on site facilities, as long as we can get into the garden we can install!
Countryside have incorporated the POD Garden into their marketing strategy and use this as an additional incentive to offer to prospective buyers.
